Mobile asphalt mixing plant can be categorized into two types, one is drum type(MDHB series) and the other is compulsory type (QLB series).

For drum type, we use drying drum to dry aggregates and mix them with bitumen. No ore powder will be used. It is usually used for small and low-level road construction.

For compulsory type, there is mixer to mix all the materials like stones, ore powder and bitumen. All materials will be weighed before being discharged into mixer to ensure the accuracy of the asphalt formula. Usually, it is used for high-standard road construction.

	Bag house filter For QLB series of mobile asphalt mixing plant, bag house filter is used. It will increase the total cost of the machine but it will be much more environment-friendly.
	Cold aggregate feeder 1. 4 storage bins, volume: 4m³*4=16m³; unload height: 2.78m; 2. variable speed discharge belt B500, size: B500*3000mm; 3. aggregate collecting belt B500, max. capacity: 60 Tons Per Hour; 4. vibration motor: 0.25kw; feeder motor: 1.5kw*4, collection motor: 4kw.
	Finished product bin 1. storage silo volume: 3.5m3; 2. equipped with level indicator and  temperature sensor; 3. unloading height: 2.8m.
	Water filter 1. Usually, we use two-level filter, the first level is cyclone dust filter, the second level is water filter. In this way, customer can save much cost; 2. For the second level dust filter, we can also use bag house filter, if customers need very clean emission.
	Drying drum 1. drying drum dimensions: Φ1500*6500mm, capacity: 60 Tons Per Hour; 2. driving type: gear, motor: 22kw.

Compulsory type of asphalt mixing plant has mixer. There are scales for all materials to ensure accuracy of the asphalt formula. Ore powder will be added to the mixture and all materials will be mixed in mixer. Usually, bag house filter is used to protect theenvironment. It is widely used for high-standard road like expressway, national highway etc.

Cold aggregate batcher can has 4, 5 or 6 bins; it denpends on how many different types of stone used for asphalt.

Bitumen tank

Bitumen tank is used to store bitumen that are used to produce asphalt;

For LB1500 asphalt mixing plant, we use heat conduction oil to heat bitumen.

Bag type filter is usually used for medium and big asphalt mixing plant. 

The efficiency of smoke dedust is very good. The dust content of the exhaust gas is less than  50mg/Nm³

Control system is very important for an asphalt mixing plant. And it is usually very diffcult for customer to deal with it if there is a problem;

We use word famous brand for control system,. In this way, we can minimize the problems of the control system.

1. we provide foundation drawing, circuit diagram;

2. we will provide CI, PL, BL , CO and other documents for clients to clear the customs;

3. we will send engineers to client's job site to held intall the machine and train the operators;

4. Our staff will regularly visit client's job site to ensure client use the machine convinently. (usually once within 3 months)

FAQ

What's normal working condition?

1. Environmental temperature is 20 with standard atmospheric pressure; altitude ≤2000m;
2. Average moisture content of cold aggregate <5%;
3. Hot aggregate temperature <160 ;
4. Finished materials is medium-grained, the stone volume-weight ≥1600kg/m3;
5. Sand content <35%;
6. The ratio of aggregate shall meet the national standard. Dust content of cold aggregate ≤3%;
7. Cold aggregate should be clean enough without too much dirt or other material. Cold aggregate gradation should be continuous;
8. Cold aggregate shall not contain large amounts of oversized material, otherwise it will cause blocking, resulting in reduced
ability to supply aggregate;
9. Moisture content of powder must be less than 0.5%, and there should be no lumping or arching, otherwise it will cause
supplying interruption or lag, which can affect the productivity;
