Stationary concrete batching plant

According to the aggregate feeding method, the stationary concrete batching plant can be categorized into two types: Skip hoist type and belt conveyor type. The capacity of the Skip hoist type concrete batching plant can be 25/35/50/75 m3/h, and the capacity of belt conveyor type concrete batching plant can be 60/90/120/180/240 m3/h.

PLD series of aggregate batching machine
There are one bin, two bins, three bins, four bins (mainly up to how many kinds of aggregate); belt weighing system, hopper weighing system & separate weighing hopper as options.



All materials weighing system
Cement, flyash, water & additive weighing system with weighing hopper and load cells, inccluding pneumatic butterfly valve and pumping system.



Screw conveyor
Ordinary model includes LSY219.LSY273,LSY323. The length of screw conveyor is up to the discharge height from cement weighing system.

 

Bolted cement silo (10MT-3000MT available); we also supply welded vertical silo & horizontal container type silos.



Control system
There are semi-auto control system with control panel only & fully-auto control system with computer as options.
All electrical components use top brand, we also supply other brands if clients have special request.
