Mobile asphalt mixing plant can be categorized into two types, one is drum type(MDHB series) and the other is compulsory type (QLB series).

For drum type, we use drying drum to dry aggregates and mix them with bitumen. No ore powder will be used. It is usually used for small and low-level road construction.

For compulsory type, there is mixer to mix all the materials like stones, ore powder and bitumen. All materials will be weighed before being discharged into mixer to ensure the accuracy of the asphalt formula. Usually, it is used for high-standard road construction.

QLB series of mobile asphalt mixing plant
Features compared with QLB series of mobile asphalt mixing plant:
1. Mixer and ore powder are used so the asphalt quality is better;
2. Bag house filter is used so the machine is more environment friendly;
3. It can be used for high-level road building, such as natioal road and expressway.

Cold aggregate feeder

1. 4 storage bins, volume: 4m³*4=16m³; unload height: 2.78m;2. variable speed discharge belt B500, size: B500*3000mm;
3. aggregate collecting belt B500, max. capacity: 60 Tons Per Hour;
4. vibration motor: 0.25kw; feeder motor: 1.5kw*4, collection motor: 4kw.

 

Drying drum

Finished product bin

1. storage silo volume: 3.5m³;2. equipped with level indicator and temperature sensor;

Water filter

1. Usually, we use two-level filter, the first level is cyclone dust filter, the second level is water filter. In this way,
customer can save much cost;

2. For the second level dust filter, we can also use bag house filter, if customers need very clean emission.

 

Bag House Filter
For QLB series of mobile asphalt mixing plant, bag house filter is used. It will increase the total cost of the machine but it will be much more environment-friendly.
 

Control System
Control system is very important for an asphalt mixing plant. And it is usually very diffcult for customer to deal with it if there is a problem;We use word famous brand for control system, like Siemens PLC, Schneider electrical parts. In this way, we can minimize the problems of the control system.
 

After Sales Service

 

 

1. we provide foundation drawing, circuit diagram;
2. we will provide CI, PL, BL , CO and other documents for clients to clear the customs;
3. we will send engineers to client's job site to held intall the machine and train the operators;
4. Our staff will regularly visit client's job site to ensure client use the machine convinently. (usually once within 3 months)
