The stationary asphalt mixing plant is designed to meet the requirements of high grade highway construction. LB series stationary asphalt mixing plant has quality up to the internationally leading level. The plant is designed with optimized structure, which is highly automatic and reliable. It is composed of the cold aggregate bin, drum dryer, batcher, aggregate elevator, screening and measuring device, hot oil heating type bitumen supply tank, cyclone and impulse dust collecting system. The whole equipment is automatically controlled by the computer.

Cold Aggregate Batcher Cold Aggregate Feed Bin: Rigid and durable steel structure variable frequency electric motor drive modular design for easy transportation Titled Feeding Conveyor Belt: With an intermediate screen, preventing oversized aggregates from entering the drum dryer, reducing heat loss and avoiding jamming in hot aggregate elevator and vibrating screen.

Drum Dryer The outside diameter of the drum is wrapped with a 50mm thick insulation, and aggregate lifting flights that assist the exchange between aggregates and flame are installed inside the dryer drum, which enables the drum dryer to reach maximum heating efficiency. The drum is driven by four friction rollers and universally connected, which features smooth drive and evenly distributed forces.

Bitumen Supply System Bitumen Weighing and Spraying Device: High pressure bitumen pump is used to enable the quick and even mixing of hot aggregates, fillers and bitumen, and increase output. Bitumen Storage and Transfer: The bitumen supply system consists of a heat conducting oil boiler, bitumen tanks, an oil discharge vessel, a light oil burner, bitumen pumps, pipes and valves.

Dust Catching System Water Type: By cyclone dust catcher the large filler will be remove and conveyed into aggregate elevator. Bag House Type: Bag dust catcher is controlled automatically by impulse blowing and can be cleaned automatically, featured with over-temperature alarming and filler recycling functions.
