Stationary asphalt mixing plant can be divided into two types. One is drum type and the other is compulsory type.

Drum type of asphalt mixing plant has no mixer. It uses drying drum to dry aggregates and mix them with bitumen. Usually, no ore powder is used. It is usually used to build small, low-level countryside road.

Compulsory type of asphalt mixing plant has mixer. There are scales for all materials to ensure accuracy of the asphalt formula.Ore powder will be added to the mixture and all materials will be mixed in mixer. Usually, bag house filter is used to protect the environment. It is widely used for high-standard road like expressway, national highway etc.

Cold aggregate batcher Cold Aggregate Feed Bin: Rigid and durable steel structure variable frequency electric motor drive modular design for easy transportation Titled Feeding Conveyor Belt: With an intermediate screen, preventing oversized aggregates from entering the drum dryer, reducing heat loss and avoiding jamming in hot aggregate elevator and vibrating screen.

Bitumen tank Bitumen Weighing and Spraying Device: High pressure bitumen pump is used to enable the quick and even mixing of hot aggregates, fillers and bitumen, and increase output. Bitumen Storage and Transfer: The bitumen supply system consists of a heat conducting oil boiler, bitumen tanks, an oil discharge vessel, a light oil burner, bitumen pumps, pipes and valves.

Scales For LB series asphalt mixing plant, all materials like stones, bitumen and ore powder are all weighed by weighing sensors. In this way, we can make sure the quality of the finished product.

Bag house filter Bag type filter is usually used for medium and big asphalt mixing plant. The efficiency of smoke dedust is very good. The dust content of the exhaust gas is less than 50mg/Nm³

Control system Control system is very important for an asphalt mixing plant. And it is usually very diffcult for customer to deal with it if there is a problem;We use word famous brand for control system, . In this way, we can minimize the problems of the control system.

Drum Dryer The outside diameter of the drum is wrapped with a 50mm thick insulation, and aggregate lifting flights that assist the exchange between aggregates and flame are installed inside the dryer drum, which enables the drum dryer to reach maximum heating efficiency. The drum is driven by four friction rollers and universally connected, which features smooth drive and evenly distributed forces.

Stationary asphalt plant without mixer is usually used for small project like country road.

It has the following features:

1. Cost-saving. Compared with tradition asphalt plant with mixer, the price is much lower;

2. There is no mixer. Drying drum is used to dry aggregates and mix all materials;
