Pulse dust collector

This silo is used 24 bags pulse dust collector.

If you want to save cost, we also provide the electric dust remover.

Air compressor

Including air pipe, air compressor and motor.

Control panel

Horizontal cement silo is free foundation basis and easily transferred among several construction sites, Horizontal silos are widely used especially in strict construction conditions like height restrict and difficult earth condition. In separated mobile plant, horizontal silos are playing more and more important roles.

Nowadays, Horizontal cement is more and more popular in concrete batching plant,e especially for small or mobile batching plant. It is very easy to install and move to other jobsite, and it is no need to make a huge foundation as we do for the traditional cement silo.
Comparing with vertical cement silo, it has the following advantages:
1. No big reinforced concrete foundation is needed, so we can save much time and cost to prepare the foundation;
2. It is much lower in height, so it is very convenient for maintenance;
3. Easy to install and move to other job sites.
